His Grace
Through it all…
… divorce, dating, parenting, family/work conflict and broken friendships, God stays by our side, guiding us to love like Jesus. He teaches us over and over again, through these experiences and lessons to show the fruits of the Spirit. We count it all joy that we are able to hear His still, small voice whispering to us and ordering our steps. God covers us in grace by extending His love and mercy for our decisions and the decisions of others. Because of His grace, we don’t have to be weary; we don’t have to live in guilt or shame; and we don’t have to be an imposter. We can be our authentic self and be tested, living bolder by faith. Because Jesus died for our sins, we can be reborn as new creatures showing up as better spouses, parents, siblings and friends. We can stop and reflect on how God often goes before us and opens doors covering us with His immense love and protection. Everything He does is in his sweet, perfect time. I laugh now about asking God when, how, and why not? I now come to understand that rejection is protection, delay is not denial, and absent doesn’t mean alone. God is present in everything under the stars because of His immense omnipotence, omnipresence, and amazing grace!
